Systems Biology in Cancer and Immunology Symposium

(SysBio) which will be held on July 14 and 15, 2009 at the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer (IRIC) in Montréal, Québec. As a symposium attendee, you will enjoy presentations from world-renowned experts on systems biology, and you will have the opportunity to discuss your own research with local and international experts when you present during the poster session.

The goal of this symposium is to provide a forum to improve communication between different disciplines, to exchange results and ideas, and to foster collaboration in cancer and immunology research. By building a bridge between different disciplines, we believe that systems biology research will allow significant progress in our understanding of cancer and immunology. We hope that the exposure to multidisciplinary approaches applied to the study of both immunology and cancer biology will help foster interest and know-how in systems biology and will encourage the next generation of researchers to go beyond their own field of expertise.
